Supported QR codes

SEPA / EPC QR (GiroCode) — understood by most banking apps in the euro area, including Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland and more.
UPN QR — the Slovenian standard used by every Slovenian bank, with the SI00/SI12 or RF reference.

Add your IBAN in the Payment section of a euro invoice and the QR code appears next to your payment details. The amount is always the balance due, and the reference is filled in automatically from the invoice number when possible. No typing mistakes, no wrong references.

Generated on your device

The QR code is created in your browser from your own data — nothing is sent to a payment provider, and there are no fees. It is a standard bank transfer.

Private by design

There is no account and no server behind this invoice generator. Your business details, clients, products and invoices are stored in your browser's own database (IndexedDB) and never uploaded. The PDF is built on your device. That also means nobody else has a copy — download a backup from Settings → Backup now and then, and keep it with your accounting files.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no QR code on my invoice?

QR codes work for invoices in euros with a valid IBAN and an amount due. The Payment section tells you what is missing.

Which reference is used?

The one you type, or an automatic one: for Slovenian businesses an SI00 reference built from the invoice number; otherwise the invoice number is put in the payment description.
